PJ Hagerty & Marc Laventure came to our DevRel meetup from very different directions! One from hard rock, the other from hardware. But they both understand that developer advocacy works. However, with PJ as a recognised veteran and expert in the field, and Marc as a serial founder of software companies, this was a great evening of exploration and experience sharing.

PJ is the founder of DevRelate.io, creator of CallofConduct.com, and a board member of Open Sourcing Mental Health (OSMHhelp.org). He has been an organizer of DevOps Days Buffalo, CodeDaze, and ElixirDaze. Additionally, PJ is a developer, writer, speaker, and musician. He is known to travel the world speaking about programming and the way people think and interact. He is also known for wearing hats.
